Mayan Princess Beach & Dive Resort operates an on-site PADI 5 Star Instructor Development Dive Resort offering custom dive packages for all skill levels. Guests have access to the largest reef in the Western Hemisphere for diving, with dive boats departing directly from the resort. The resort also offers snorkeling, canoeing, and water sport facilities on site, plus walking tours and themed dinner nights after dives.

The resort houses four gourmet restaurants serving à la carte or buffet services including vegetarian, low-calorie, and natural cuisine options. Guests can choose from the Balam buffet (recently renovated with live cooking stations), Calketts bar and grill, San Simon restaurant, and a beach club surf and turf option. Four bars on site prepare drinks to order from morning to night, including a coffee station with specialty coffees served by barista Damara.
